The loss of a pregnancy or an infant is an incredibly heartbreaking and deeply personal journey.
As an end-of-life consultant, I provide compassionate, individualized support to parents and families, guiding them through this profound grief.
Key elements of Infant & Pregnancy Loss Support
Emotional Support.
I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where parents and family members can grieve, express their feelings, and process emotions. My goal is to offer gentle, empathetic support, helping families navigate their unique grief journey with care and understanding.
Guidance on Birth Planning & Aftercare.
I support families in making informed choices that reflect their values and wishes when facing miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal loss. This includes guidance around the experience itself, as well as compassionate aftercare—helping them honour their child’s memory and navigate the days and/or weeks that follow with sensitivity and care.
Memory-Making & Rituals.
Together, we can create meaningful rituals and lasting memories, such as footprints, photographs, or ceremonies that honour the life of their child. These acts of remembrance reflect each family’s unique values and traditions, ensuring their child’s spirit is honoured in a personal and meaningful way.
Resources & Referrals.
I connect families with valuable resources, including grief counselors, support groups, and healthcare professionals, to ensure that they have the support they need during this difficult time. I aim to provide families with comprehensive care, so they don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Did you know?
October 15th is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day in Ontario. This was proclaimed in the provincial legislature as part of Bill 141: Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness, Research, and Care Act in 2015. Families affected by the loss of a pregnancy or the death of an infant participate in the International Wave of Light on this day with their families and friends. Buildings, bridges, fountains, and other local monuments and parks are illuminated in purple to honour the memory of these babies and infants gone too soon. There is also a candlelight “Wave of Light” that occurs at 7 PM local time in cities globally, making a wave of light continuous for 24 hours.

Services & Associated Fees
First Steps:
The first step is to get to know one another. I offer new clients a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, express concerns and wishes, and for me to understand your unique situation and needs. We can discuss and determine how I can best support you. I will follow up after our initial conversation within a few days.
Fees:
Fees are determined based on the customized approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Infancy and pregnancy loss support is highly personal. It is your journey with me at your side. I will collaborate with you to determine the most suitable plan, whether it's on an hourly basis or as a part of a session package. Additionally, I offer a sliding scale for clients facing financial limitations.
Payments & Cancellations:
Fees are due at the start of our services, and can be paid via e-transfer or cash before we begin working together. Clients will receive receipts for all services provided.
I kindly request 48 hours notice for cancellations. If less than 48 hours notice is given, clients will be charged the full fee, except in emergencies.

I welcome individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking compassionate, personalized support following pregnancy or infant loss. I provide care for those navigating grief, remembrance, meaning-making, and the emotional transitions that accompany these deeply personal experiences. My services are available to all, regardless of age, background, beliefs, or circumstances.
Where I Work:
